Project Description
Once again working with Guerrilla Development, we designed an adaptive reuse project here in the heart of St. Johns. The iconic Pattie’s Home Plate and The Man’s Shop locations have been modified to create space for additional tenant spaces along North Leavitt Ave, as well as a hidden restaurant/ speakeasy bar and an open-air courtyard at the center of the building. The original, landmark Lombard Street storefronts are being retained, while the Leavitt Avenue side is receiving some new inviting storefronts and access to the new elements inside; a courtyard, bike racks, unisex restrooms, and more.
